Reader Sounds Too Old
Susanna Kearsley's "The Splendour Falls" is an intriguing read--while the reader does put some effort into conveying the skepticism of the narrator and main character adequately, her voice is a tad too old for a young woman in her mid 20s. She does portray the other characters with better success--but some might find her too-savvy voice off-putting.
I love Susanna story
