Repetitive, light on science

The autobiography chapter was interesting, but the rest of the book endlessly repeats “pliability,” “long, soft and primed muscles,” “optimal muscle pump function” and “certified TB12 body coach” endlessly. That could have been achieved in 5-7 pages.
