Over 8,000 men have listened to this audiobook. Most pressed play at 2 am, searching for something that would make the noise in their head stop.
Whether your relationship ended without warning or fell apart slowly — the aftermath doesn't just hurt. It dismantles you. Your confidence. Your future. The version of yourself that existed inside that relationship.
Most advice tells men to hit the gym and move on. This audiobook doesn't do that. Oliver Heath gives you a direct, honest roadmap for what is actually happening to you — and how to move through it without getting stuck.
Inside you'll discover:
How to move through grief without getting stuck in anger, denial, or obsession.
The no-contact rule, properly explained — and a plan for the moments you feel like breaking it.
The five brain chemicals driving your obsessive thoughts and emotional spirals — and how to work with them.
How to tell if your past relationship was healthy love or a trauma bond.
Simple tools to stop destructive thought loops before they take your whole day.
How to rebuild your identity, confidence, and readiness for something better.
This audiobook is not for men looking to get their ex back. It is for men ready to rebuild something better.

Worth its weight in gold
By far one of the best books on break ups and minding ones broken heart… no nonsense advices or giving falses hopes like some other books. Its not going to make your pain magically go away, but it will help you to deal with the pain of losing the loved one.
I know, because its helping me right now …
This is definitely worth the time and money
I’ve recently been going through a tough time with my ex of 6 years. The last year of our relationship has been completely toxic and I finally had the courage to move out of our home. This book has helped me tremendously even though I’ve been out of the house for only two weeks. It’s given me the tools I need to prosper and move on. Whether or not we will get back together is not a concern. But this book has helped me to realize that I can’t stress about things that aren’t in my control and I can respond to the breakup instead of react. Self development and being the best version of myself whether we reconcile or not is the best way to go when dealing with the pain of a breakup instead of letting it break me down. I’m going on my third time listening to the book. Half hour here half hour there. Thank you for the wisdom 100000/10 review.
Definitely worth a read or listen
Great book, a lot of the topics I kind of already knew but but it really explains a lot of the feeling you go through and how to handle them. I would recommend this book to anyone who is going through tight time with a relationship ending.
