Too expensive!
Come on, Dr. Lipton, reduce the price please! I read your other two books: Biology of Belief and Spontaneous Evolution. Can't afford this one!

Fiction 5/9
non-fiction 1/9. At best misguided scientifically. Most agree how life is amazing as we learn of complexities and interactivities being painstakingly described. But that wondrous detail is demonstrated illuminatingly in the fine science being done around the world, reported in the peer reviewed literature, and popularized by some writers.
Mr Lipton is neither, based on what i listened to for an hour. He uses many bio catch phrases liberaly, and yes he seems to share only parts of the recent 'biology's' common understandings. Unfortunately, his 'unconventional ideas' develop eloquently from what are, imo, too many errors (or misrepresentations?) regarding much basic biological information. He definitely misrepresents many published reproducible fundamental and complex findings that I have come across. All that without commenting on the leaps of ideas or 'logic' which he wrote.
With all the synergistic wisdom in your ~10 trillion cells: you may choose to learn from my experience; unless it's loquacious fictional entertainment you're looking for. Even then, consider what great books you can get for $47.95.

Utter rubbish. If you believe in the mystical unicorn power of crystals, this is the book for you. When a supposed biologist starts telling you that quantum mechanical considerations lead to seeing all life as energy fields, then it’s time to change the channel. Ignorant, superstitious rubbish. I am embarrassed to have purchased this title.
