Great book!

This is a short book that guides you through the steps needed to heal childhood trauma! I wished it went into more detail or examples on each step but overall, he does make good arguments as to why each step is necessary! Really enjoyed the frank, and unapologetic tone of the book!!!

I’m no longer alone

Michael has a great balance of content where you can identify with it, you no longer feel lost and alone; you feel cared for. For those of us with no parents or abusive ones, I cut off my entire adoptive family. But it doesn’t mean life is over and just give up. We have a responsibility to ourselves and to help others like us. I learned that from Michael it’s a must listen! ~Jessica L.
