This one was a brief Gem !!
Helpful, relaxing and a calming voice
When I needed a help my therapist referred me to several Myss publications. I’ve now read many of her books and feel I am better for having read them. I also purchased Sacred Contract Audio to review on my commute.
This year I started meditating. ITunes carried Audio of her Meditation Series recordings. I listen to AM and PM guided meditations. I can say the PM draws me into sleep quickly. The AM relaxes me, yet primes me for my Active Days. I think of her voice like an old friend.
Nuggets of Gold
Some people never find the G Spot of truth and some people do. Caroline Myss never misses the mark. My spirit lights up with gratitude and ov=occasionally, illumination of the deepest kinds when I hear her words. This rates up there with Spiritual Madness, my all-time favorite. A person can't share the Dark Night, but also can't lie about it. It is personal, just God & surrender.
