Completely wrong casting
First off, let me say that I love love love this premise. That being said, this is not a review of the content of the story (I plan to do that once finished with the book) but on the audiobook presentation. I have never listened to an Owen Findlay narrated book before, and I am positive that in many other settings he would give a stellar performance. As far in as I have listened to (honestly not far) Findlay is completely miscast. He sounds similar to Tom Hiddleston, which would be fantastic for the bard character, but to play the fighter character you need more of a Chris Hemsworth. I am going to continue listening and come back after finishing, but I don’t see this going above four stars
