Every young entrepreneur needs to read this

I am a graduating marketing student that has an entertainment company, and this book has completely changed the way that I operate my business. This allows me to be a better leader and have a proper focus for my business. This book also helped me clear a lot of headaches and misunderstandings with other employees. The company. I highly recommend this to everybody that ever feels like running into issues when to start trying to start up a company

I loved everything! Our company uses this and I finally understand

Was decent

Somewhat rigid in its philosophy and takes a very hard line approach to running your company. This is probably better in paperback because it reads more like a worksheet of "to-do" items with very specific steps to take and never to veer from. It is very much an exact plan, or formula if you will, that tells you to do X, Y and Z (really almost A to Z in number) to grow your business. It is mostly traditional wisdom of very straight forward, by the numbers decision making with an emphasis on candor. I would recommend the book "Winning" by Jack Welch over this particular book for a better read with the same general underlying philosophy, but without the exact steps, more of an overall philosophy.
