Publisher Description

When the late J. Krishnamurti was heralded as a vehicle for leading humanity into a new age, he repudiated the notion, saying, "Truth is a pathless land, you can't approach it by any religion or sect. You are accustomed to being told how far you have advanced, what your spiritual state is - how childish. Who but yourself can tell whether you are beautiful or ugly within."

Krishnamurti wrote and lectured for seven decades on the essential problems of the human condition. This conversation is no exception.

In this second dialogue with host Michael Toms, produced a year later in 1984, Krishnamurti addresses love, greed, violence, separation, time, death, conflict, and fear, discussing them all with a clarity and insight that makes the entire spiritual landscape appear newly visible and replete with possibilities. Krishnamurti also has much to say about the source of our problems, both personal and planetary, with appropriate comments on how to resolve them.

This is a priceless visit with an illuminated mind. Acknowledged as one of the greatest religious teachers of this or any other age, the late J. Krishnamurti was a visionary whose ideas are still ahead of his time.

It's Pathless not Painless

ITunes please correct this...if you understood the topic you would understand the importance of this.

Amazing Thinking!

If you're interested in delving deep into the mind to investigate some of life's most important questions, than read any Krishnamurti you can get your hands on. And for the record, the title is misspelled, and I contacted ITunes to correct it. However, I find it interesting that none of the previous reviewers bothered to comment on the actual material, they were only concerned with being right. It's okay though, Krishnamurti speaks much about the ego.
