Not Divided into Chapters
While I am an advocate of this book and the advice given, the audiobook itself is not split into chapter. It's one 2+ Hr audio file. This blows my mind since it is an advice/sleep training book and it makes it nearly impossible to skip to specific relevant chapters. I just don't get it and hope they can go in and change this for future consumers.
