Best Devgru Book
This book is great, Eddie Penney is a navy seal warrior, it’s awesome the he is the narrator, gives the book more feeling for me. There is times you can hear him get choked up it’s real. Really paints a picture of his life, it’s funny, sad, really sad some chapters. Very interesting story, must read or listen…
Raw and authentic
Eddie gives us a glimpse into life as a family man and a commando during war. You can tell he left a lot out in respect to his unit, but I felt like I got enough to understand what he went through personally in battle overseas and the struggles at home. His book was really enjoyable, heartbreaking and very real. He talks about his successes, but I liked seeing how he handled the dark times and mistakes made through life and the solutions offered. Job well done.
