The Comprehensive Audiobook on Wine
The title doesn’t lie .. this is an introduction to wine in nearly every part of the world. Famous regions in France and Italy are given extended treatment, but wines from lesser known regions like Australia, New Zealand, Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece are also covered. Wheaton also reviews many fine details like corks and bottles and how to store wine properly. I highly reccommend this program for any one just getting started with wine as a hobby - I learned a ton.
A joy
This is a comprehensive course on wine. The presenter discusses the world’s wine regions in turn while proving talks on wine history, selection, and production along the way. His lecture are lively and well organized. Sometimes his British pronunciations of French and Spanish words is unusual, but one can follow his points. Overall, I learned a great deal and and fun listening to someone who has been to the regions discussed and offers up anecdotes that make you want to visit.
