"Wake up to the miracle you are," he directs. "Here's what you've forgotten: You're a fu*king miracle of being." It isn't other people that are standing in your way, it isn't even your circumstances that are blocking your ability to thrive, it's yourself and the negative self-talk you keep telling yourself.

APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
In Unfu*k Yourself, personal-development expert Gary John Bishop argues that negative self-talk is a poison that stops us from achieving our life goals. Bishop narrates his briskly paced, no-nonsense guide in a tart Scottish accent, laying out seven inspiring affirmations to help us shut out our self-defeating internal monologues. “I am not my thoughts; I am what I do” is one mantra we particularly love. Bishop’s salty advice is leavened by genuine encouragement to help us rewrite our own life stories, but he reminds us repeatedly that results never come without serious, concrete actions.
Amazing I for atuon
In track 5 it starts to skip a little but book is amazing!!! Amazing words and lessons
Not for me
Maybe this book is good for some people but I found it just rattled on “inspirational quotes” and thoughts. No real tools. Things like “Next time you have a negative thought just stop thinking it”. Oh how innovative.
Talks in circles
Broad generalised statement of daily life’s discontent with no positive solutions to improve circumstances. One of the most poorly comprised self help books on the market
