Worth a try
I enjoyed the book but it appears to be one where you need. To continue the story in the next book. It wrapped up loose ends but also left you with a feeling of incompleteness.

I’ve recently grown to love Blake Pierce as an author.. & Elaine Wise as a narrator. I see loads of complaints about the narrator having an accent, but I don’t think that matters at all. She reads with great intensity and does a phenomenal job adjusting her voice and tone when necessary. I finished the book in less than a day - I can’t put her books down!
