My 7 year old son thought the book was interesting
My 7 year old son Hunter's review: He starts off as a normal kid and then he turns into a warrior kid. Uncle Jake helped him do pull ups on the bar. He used to do zero. His goal was 10 and at school he got 14 pull ups on the bar. Uncle Jake gave him a bar at home. It made the 3 hour car trip feel like only 1 hour. He wants to read all the others.

This book was a fun and motivational read. Discipline equals freedom is a powerful idea. Thank you Jocko and Thor Willink for making this book and making it into an audiobook. I would recommend this to anyone who is striving and fighting and plotting their course.
