I’m from Chelyan too!
Being from WV, Chelyan in particular, I loved this book! I’m also a basketball lover and former player who started playing in the mid 80s as a kid. His story-telling brought to life the legendary Era of basketball (for me at least) and his description of WV and the culture is spot on. I don’t live there anymore and I have the same feeling about WV as he does. Great book! Jerry is self-aware and humble and is a great hero to my state, High School and community. God Bless Jerry West!
