Ever been at rock bottom? Or felt the pain you feel will never end? Have you ever stared into a mirror and begged yourself to be strong? Felt alone, isolated, or somewhat different to everyone else around you? Ever felt so ugly and worthless and like the whole entire world is against you? I have. Hi my name's Sophie and I’m about to give you a taste of everything I’ve been through, everything I thought would be the end of me, when in fact after each downfall, each heartbreak, and every suicidal thought I battled along the way, I have always came out so much stronger at the end of it. Counselling was never any good for me at 13 years old - so I started writing poems as a coping method to "clear the closet", and now at 22 years old I’ve decided to share my story with the world in hopes to help someone out there who’s struggling.
