The good thing about this book is that it really explains how emotionally self--centered a lot of women are---it's about as self-centered as men are physically. The book gets three stars because it didn't consider it's audience (men). This book drones on and on, the author knows how men are, she should have been more to the point.
Barbara is quite entertaining with metaphors!
This is a very good audio book Barbara DeAngelis uses great metaphors to really paint the picture. I have learned a lot from this book and pray that it helps me in my relationship with my wife. I truly would recommend this audio book to anyone, even though I didn’t necessarily agree with all of Barbara’s reasons on why women behave and think the way they do. The reasons I am referring to are those that are not proven, rather thought of by Barbara. However, I did enjoy listening to her assumption, it was rather entertaining at times.
Not bad, but not great either.
I got this book to understand women better. My lady, more to the point. Men and women really do speak 2 different languages, which is common knowledge. I didn't need the book to tell me that. This book didn't help much at all. I get better advice on women by talking to my dad. If you have been living in a cave somewhere and know nothing at all about being in relationships... Go ahead and buy this, you need all the help you can get. In my case, I just didn't get much from it. Maybe wait for it to go on sale too.
