Publisher Description

Our favorite white trash zombie, Angel Crawford, has enough problems of her own, what with dealing with her alcoholic, deadbeat dad, issues with her not-quite boyfriend, the zombie mafia, industrial espionage, and evil corporations. Oh, and it’s raining, and won’t let up.

But things get even crazier when a zombie movie starts filming in town, and Angel begins to suspect that it’s not just the plot of the movie that's rotten. Soon she's fighting her way through mud, blood, bullets, and intrigue, even as zombies, both real and fake, prowl the streets.

Angel’s been through more than her share of crap, but this time she's in way over her head. She’ll need plenty of brainpower to fit all the pieces - and body parts - together in order to save herself, her town, and quite possibly the human race.

Boundless Book Reviews ,

Never a dull moment

There’s never a dull moment in this series and so many twists and turns you don’t know what’s going to happen next.

After the massive ordeal from the last book, Angel is going on in her Zombie life. It may seem that it’s getting back to normal though, but it’s not. A Film crew descends on the Town filming the new movie Zombie Apocalypse!! But there’s more to this, than an innocent film about good ol’ Zombies. Which Angel soon discovers.

Every book in this series that I’ve listened to is so fun! I love Angel and her no-nonsense attitude. She’s smarter than the average Zombie. The humor and gore throughout really are just great. The struggles that Angel faces, never really gets her down. Maybe that’s what I love about her so much. She’s not the typical female character. She has a force of her own.

Overall, there’s nothing I don’t love about this series. It’s different for its genre. It’s written so well, and the narration is terrific. I, of course, I give this 5 Boundless Stars. (Though, it does deserve more.) on to the next!!
