Dangerous book for young women
Full disclaimer I’m a guy so take my advice with a grain of salt or don’t take my advice I don’t really care. The reason I say this book is dangerous is because there is heavy stuff right here and it’s so accessible to young women being that it’s sold at urban outfitters and Barnes and noble. I’m writing this review to encourage all of you to seek Cognitive Behavioral Therapy if you insist on reading this book because this book promotes thinking distortions, exaggerations, and black & white thinking. Also keep in mind that this is one lady writing about her experience and it shouldn’t be how you see the world too.
