Customer Reviews
Needs to be Chaptered!
Shiva Rea is a wonderful teacher, her voice is soothing as ever, and this is overall a good practice, BUT the whole idea of this album was that it could be chaptered any way the listener wanted to personalize their yoga practice for that day. I was planning on making a playlist in a couple different orders to take on vacation with me. This is one long "audiobook." There is no way to rearrange anything or skip to anything. For this reason, I wish I had bought the physical CD. Those chapters were the flexibility of the album.
Be forwarned
Many reviews are saying that this audiobook isn't chaptered and they would recommend the cd. I have the cd and iTunes isn't loading it correctly. I came here to see if I could get a copy for my iPod, I guess not. It is a wonderful routine but I need it on my iPod.
Waste of money-- buy the physical CD!
This would be FABULOUS if it were chaptered so you could organize it as you wish--- it should have been in CD format! ----The whole point (and brilliant idea) of this CD was to be able to build your own guided practice, to suit your time and needs. You can't do that in the audiobook format.
The content is awesome and I'm going out to buy the CD, now--- I'd highly recommend skipping the audiobook and but the CD!
