In this book, “You’re Cured! The Definitive Guide to The Healing Process for Patients and Caregivers!”, by Mark J Roman, the author discusses how to give and receive care under illness. Every now and then, we or someone we love falls ill, unable to care for themselves. How does the caregiver feel? How does the care receiver feel?

In extreme cases, it is imperative for the caregiver and the care receiver to know how both parties feel about the situation and what can be done to make the already terrible situation not worse than it already is. Psychological insights into the minds of the care givers and the care receivers from various interviews I have conducted demonstrate how to go about being a great care giver and receiver.
