Weirdly bad writing. Kind of insulting to women. Main characters are being violently tormented and the writers choose to portray them as not being able to stop thinking about how hot their bullies are? I can’t believe I spent money on a book 2 thinking the plot would get better.

Series starting to get good
The character development on this book was so good and there were a lot of cute moments. My love for the series started to take form in this book but hadn’t fully blossomed yet. Keep going!
