10 pounds in 25 days and I'm thrilled!!!!

Jackie is awesome!! This plan is great and totally doable. I lost 5 pound in 10 days and then it took 15 days to get the next 5 off. I don't care if it was slower. I wasn't able to exercise everyday and I wanted creamer in my coffee, so I know I wasn't doing it perfectly, but whatever. I went from 188 to 178, and I'm so happy. I'm going to make this my lifestyle!! I've decided to choose from the super foods and make a plan that works. I love Jackie's workouts. I love her menus. I was failing over and over again to lose weight. Nothing was working and then I read this book. Jackie, you need to hire a new editor, but I won't hold that against you! I was never hungry because I was eating nutrient dense food and it's awesome. Thanks Jackie for giving me hope that I can make my dreams happen!!

Wow horrible set up

I like the book but navigating it is insane so much so that I bought a print copy because I couldn't stand trying to read it on my iPad
