Extremely happy with this cookbook though I wish it had more new recipes but it's understandable to put in some really good ones from the blog for newcomers. I pretty much only eat from Lisa's recipes since my change in food habits. Many of her recipes I can not deny are pretty tasty. It is true about your palette getting used to a certain way of eating. Honestly there's not a lot of bad tasting ones when your cooking with fresh organic ingredients. Put away the garbage the govt. is feeding us and feel better about what you feed your family. You won't regret buying this book. :)

Love the layout and great healthy recipes! Lots of good choices to help me eat better and more naturally. Great book to browse through, too and I especially like the pictures of the food. They help me get a good idea of what mine should look like when I'm done. (And done look so good I can't wait to try them!)
