Excellent book!
I can’t stop making these recipes. Every recipe is delicious and easy to make. I am by no means a baker.
Wish I realized prior to purchasing….
… that all recipes and measurements in this book are in oz. and lbs., even flour and butter. I don’t know if it’s more accurate for bread making, but I’m not going to start weighing my butter and flour vs cutting by Tbs and measuring by cup-full. Thankfully, it was an under $5 purchase.
