Got this for $1.99 and glad it wasn’t more. Deceptive advertising. A chart to plan you bowls and a calorie plan. Ok! But no index of bowls so every day you’d need to go thru to plan. Also, a high portion are fish. Does description say “ mostly dais” or “ highly spicy” ? Nope. 3/4 of these recipes, with fish and excess spices? I’d be really ill. I’d give it zero stars if I could
