I recently found out that I have a gluten allergy which was kinda really bad. I wouldn't be able to eat because my stomach hurt so much and my legs would go numb. I would feel woozy and I'd barely be able to stand which was a little weird for me since I'm only 11 and have always been athletic. I found out it was because I had been eating more bread than lately-because I was lately having stomach problems from the coincidentally bread I had been eating-to clear my system. I love books like these because I as a vegetarian cant really eat much with bread and meat cut out from my diet. These books helped me see more things to eat with the limited food I actually CAN eat. Anyways sorry for such a long review but thanks.
