It gives an extensive list of foods allowed on the paleo diet. These are not recipes, only food list and the benefits they provide.
Simple and informative
This is just what I need to get started with the paleo diet. It is simple and provides a list of the foods that you can eat and what nutrients those foods contain. I would recommend this book for those, like me, who don't know where to start.
Worth buying!!
Ok first off, I'm not writing a review because I was asked too. I am writing a review because I always ask why and this book explains the why of each listed food, big A plus on that!!
My husband always wants a list of what to eat and what not to eat, so if you need a list this is the best book for a list of approved foods and why. I would love to see an updated copy of this book! I'm very glad I bought this book!!
