I would not recommend

I do not recommend this book for anyone trying to seek recovery from an eating disorder. Her "tips" include statements such as "love yourself", "respect yourself" and "don't give into your disorder". Seriously? It's not that simple. I did not learn anything new, nor do I feel encouraged or empowered in any way. I wish I could get a refund.
