Nate, a rockstar, is still struggling with his breakup with Becky. Anna is Becky’s best friend who happens to bump into Nate one night wandering the streets alone outside their apartment. Both are struggling to find something—anything—to ground them back in reality instead of floundering around in their own depression.


So when Anna and Nate get together for one of the best nights of both of their lives, they know they’re in trouble. Big trouble. Becky can’t know anything about them, and Anna is a terrible liar. Anna tests the water by asking Nate about his breakup, only to find out she doesn’t know the whole story. Becky’s side is way too different from Nate’s for both of them to be telling the truth.


Now, Anna has to pretend like everything is normal, even though she’s itching to talk to Becky about her new crush, and learn the truth about her past. Will Anna be able to keep her secret safe, or will Becky find out the truth about her best friend and ex? Will Nate be worth the trouble? Or will Anna just be another of his one night stands on the road with his band?
