Disappointed

I purchased this book and asked for a refund. I have the hardcover and it has lots of photos… which are remarkable and essential for this book. I also know two of the three editors of this book. Dr. Lounsbury is not aware that this book was published on the Apple Bookstore and I am not certain that publishing this text (in this way) is ethical. My main concern is that without the photos, this epub does a disservice to the hardcover book and those who were involved with its publication. I'd give it zero stars if I could. The hardcover is an excellent book and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
