Most of this book is applicable for men as well as women, but it is ideally for women. While we both have faces and skin and share some of the same challenges with our skin as we age, men and women are different with their own unique gender‐ specific differences. For instance, Men’s skin is often thicker with a greater degree of natural oils, while a woman’s skin tends to be thinner and with less collagen. Women tend to take greater care of their skin than men do, in part because in our culture natural aging is more accepted for men than women.
