Everyone in IT should read this book!
Useful for both Agile and non-Agile project work. Wondering what makes or breaks a team, project or even long term maint program? Guidelines for making project goals on time and the myriad of problems associated to teams, their project managers, PO’s, SCRUM leads and stakeholders are ALL IN THIS BOOK! I saw all the issues each team I had worked on had. This book is worth reading, and going back to for reference over the years. (Ps wish their was an Audible verion!!)
