Guidelines for making project goals on time and the myriad of problems associated to teams, their project managers, PO’s, SCRUM leads and stakeholders are ALL IN THIS BOOK! I saw all the issues each team I had worked on had. This book is worth reading, and going back to for reference over the years. (Ps wish their was an Audible verion!!)
