Hits the nail on the head

It has taken sometime for me to finish this book not because it’s a bad read because that it is not. But because sometimes you “think” you know and already have the resolution but yet you haven’t made any changes in your life. I implemented Mel’s 5 second rule along with going to therapy, taking time to focus more on me and really learning to trust God. And although I haven’t gotten it down packed yet when I fully 5-4-3-2-1, I see the difference and feel it. Breathe and count!

Seems like a lot of bragging about success,5-1 will probably have no effect on me

There is nothing in this book that is not already available online. Mostly just word diarrhea and repetitive talk. Screenshots from social media on every page are just obnoxious.
