means being prepared for the "real world". If you look back a couple years you will find that about 74% of high school students felt that they were not fully prepared for the professional world. Due to the setbacks that schools,
students, and families faced during the pandemic we can
safely assume it has only gotten worse as schools work hard to play “catch-up". More than ever it is important for us as parents to be our kids advocates and make sure they are truly prepared for life after high school.
