When I look to a new book dealing with anxiety or panic attacks, I'm really just looking for one major takeaway, and this contained five helpful sections that each contained actionable steps that I could use in allaying my recurring panic attacks. Delivered in a helpful, very readable way, this book gave me, a working professional, some solid insights and thoughts that I'll be able to take with me for when I'm facing the feelings associated with panic, which can be overwhelming. I now see I was taking a denial approach when confronting panic attacks and that was to my detriment. Would recommend to those in the midst of panic episodes or newly facing a panic attack for the first time.
