Norbert Michel-- The stated purpose of the just-passed financial reform legislation is to end "too big to fail" and to end taxpayer bailouts. The (original) bill on Senator Dodd's (D-Conn.) website is more than 1,300 pages. I have a better idea: a one-sentence bill. Here it is, in its entirety: The U.S. Government will no longer provide money or credit to any company.
