I think this book was written by a woman in the 1940s!
The author repeatedly says “make sure you work out, drink lots of water, make sure you look pretty all the time, make sure you can have a conversation...”. SERIOUSLY!?
How about make sure you are happy with yourself before seeking out happiness with someone else? Exercise because you want to...it makes you feel good and puts you in a good mood. go and get that career! Have a life outside of your man. That’s what makes you attractive to men! Independence! Be kind, be genuine, be happy by yourself and the right man will show up. Someone will love you for who you are, regardless of your size, skin color, age. There really is more than one person for everyone! This book is absolutely awful!
