Happy With What I Read!
I read this book the morning after going through an emotional mental breakdown. I am struggling with self-confidence and self-love and moving on in my life in general. This book made me realize things I didn’t know I needed to realize. The exercises in this book make perfect sense to help with getting through any emotional obstacles I’m facing.
