Good, informative read
I found this book to be very accessable. As a sufferer of IBS, I found the author to be extremely friendly and informative. I had no idea how much of my symptoms were truly related to what I was eating; even non-organic fruit can contain toxins! This book is a great read if you’re looking to get solid, helpful information. After just two days of adjusting my diet as recommended, I found my acne has almost completely disappeared and my IBS symptoms are much more manageable. Definitely a good choice.
