Very good read.
Simplified and directly to the point. I am going to give this an honest try. Great job to the author and thank you.

Not what I was looking fir
This book may be more useful for someone trying to dissect what this intermittent fasting is all about. However, that isn’t me. I was looking for something that would tell me specifically what to do from the time that I wake up, til I put my head down to sleep, including meals in between.
Fair for the price
Love the idea of this diet and I think I'll stick to it. However, this book talks more about general discipline than how to deal with the cons of this diet. Such as addressing the coffee in the morning. Can I have black espresso when I get up? Also, I'm starving at 10 because I'm holding out for a 7 o'clock dinner date. How do I handle this? Tea I would think. And what about people (like me) that generally eat healthy versus people that don't? Will the amount of time of weight loss be significantly different? Also, it says nothing about alcohol. It does say no empty calorie drinks. But I need my martini at least 3 times a week. I assume beer is totally out of the question. Wine too? Sad face.
This book mostly states the pros of losing weight, not the specifics of the diet. And who can exercise right before you start the eating timer? Aren't the 8-5ers at work by that time? I'm settling for my 6 am workout.
