I really enjoyed this book but it understood exactly what Shelly was going through as it happened to me also but l never got the happy ending. I’m glad she took the time to believe in her husband again.😡😢💕💞💋😘
I could read this book over and over again. The depths Cal goes to for his wife are amazing. It shows true love has no bounds. Definitely would read this over again!
Couldn’t connect with the characters.
No thank you. Being a woman of divorce, that choice is not an easy one. I was highly bothered that he had to convince her to give him 8 weeks to prove his loyalty, when he proves it by walking into the house and his confession of a possible mistake was his first words spoken. No deception, no dishonesty. This wasn’t a couple dating it was a marriage, something that takes work and although cheating is a horrible thing to do to your s/o, lying about it is worst. I skipped 10 chapters went straight to the 6th date and thumbed through the last 5.
Had it been written that he came home and lied I would have given it a better chance.
