A Sensitive Exploration of Two Sisters
This book is outside the murder mysteries that Libby Fischer Hellmann is known. It is a well researched book that examines the life and choices that two sisters (teenage girls) make to survive the ravages of the Vietnam war.
Beautifully written, we are not exposed to judgement of the choices or the consequences Instead we experience each sister’s pain, fear and their eventual reconciliation.
A wonderful book well worth reading.
