Publisher Description
'A Book That I Would Read' reviews the definitions & connotations of thirty-one of the most important words & phrases in the English dictionary.
Many moments lead to 'A Book That I Would Read'. Beginning with the truth, I do not frequently read books! Novels were never my immediate source for knowledge, expansion and academic growth, as it is for others. Preferring articles, documentaries, encyclopedias and even dictionaries. Favoring resources that limited the pressure of reading a prescribed material from start to finish. Fundamentally, I found many novels to be generic and underwhelming. There are others like me. Thirsting to absorb knowledge through other formats.
The book begins with the documentation of the moment I left corporate America. Defining the word - purpose. Timestamping the monumental year after. I began to compile stories, debunk theories, sayings, and idioms we believe to be law and permanent constitution towards living a great, successful life.
I began to write what I would read. Gut-wrenching material that is diversified by every page. Each entry has its own poetic motif, definition and accompanying antidote. Enjoyable without the pressures of order or sequence.

He knows what the people want!
I’ve been reading this book for over 3 months now…what should be a quick read, it’s really just a “read, take a break, go back and re-read, and then maybe skip through to other pages to read” type of book. I love it! Thank you dwjr

This is a must Read! This book is such an ontime book and much needed in today’s society. It's not only structured for an easy read but the content is thought provoking and relatable. I love that you can start at any page and dive in. The author did an amazing job at providing a back drop to every word presented in each section, the best part are the stories that connect.
