A brief time in history

London, June 1968. Creativity in fashion and music is at its height, and opportunities abound. An ambitious young woman, like many before her, arrives from a provincial city to take her chances.

After a shaky start, things take a turn for the better when she finds herself surrounded by money, extravagance, and along with it – greed. In only a few months the holy grail of fortune is within her grasp.

Along the way she meets a variety of characters in different circumstances but on the same mission.
