Premise was a good idea however I think the writing was horrible. I managed to get through three quarters of the book before calling it quits. I didn't care about the characters, the boring unneeded details and dialog was poorly written. I didn't care if they got back to their reality and most of it was unbelievable - not the alternate reality part but how the characters reacted, especially Alex's character. Sorry I wasted my money. Gave one star because it wouldn't let me give none.
