A Distributed Information Retrieval Model for Virtualized Resources in Cloud (Report‪)‬

Byline: M. Shoaib, Shazia, F. Ashraf, S.Majid and K. Kalsoom ABSTRACT: Virtualized computing resources are made available for providing different services over the internet through cloud computing. Due to the hypervisor interface problem between computer hardware and operating system, this is an ultimate reason of delayed communication and inefficiency in search engines. A new model for virtualized resources in cloud has been proposed. This model has been evaluated using different performance parameters and results are satisfactory. Further work can be done for implementing this model for a real application.
