A Door Through Time

Kit Jones the tiny seven year old girl who saved her brothers girlfriends children and herself from the same fate as the two adults who were in the house celebrating their recent engagement. As the your girl got the others out of the house they were being followed into the forest that surrounded the cabin they were in. A door appeared in front of them and they ran through it to find themselves in Sengoku Japan. The children are all adopted by some of the most important families of the time period and Kit meets Mitsuhide Akechi. Mitsuhide protects the new Akechi princess for the four years she is there with him until she is called up for service as a lady in waiting. She is beaten and broken when she finds her way back to the doorway and she has to leave the place she called home.Eleven years go by and Kit has no memory of where they were the four years they were missing but with the help of her new adopted brother Nick she is able to find out and she begins to remember. Kit has to make the most difficult yet easy decision of her life to go back to the Sengoku and see the man she loved as her caregiver. When she arrived back after going through the doorway again, only three weeks had passed though it had been eleven years for her. When Mitsuhide sees her again everything for the both of them changed. Will the two find happiness because of a door way through time?
